SHIPPING AND FREIGHT

Products will be shipped within 3-5 business days and  shipping value will be calculated automatically at checkout.

At the moment we only have the PAC option, but if you are interested in express shipping, contact us by email sageria.shop@gmail.com.

 

Keep an eye on your email and spam folder! This is where we confirm the order and send you the tracking code so that you can closely follow the path of your package to your home.

 

Oh! It is worth remembering that we use the Post Office service, and therefore we depend on third parties to deliver your package. Strikes, stoppages, among other occurrences can change the expected delivery date! So if there is any delay or delay, please notify us. We will do our best to contact the Post Office and speed up the delivery process. 

Heads up:

Check your details and delivery address carefully. Three unsuccessful delivery attempts to the final destination will result in the addition of the calculation of a new freight and will further delay the delivery time of your order.

Sageria wants you to enjoy the simplicity of everyday life, but if you're unhappy with your product, just follow the following exchange and return guidelines!

Defects: If you have   noticed any defect, just contact us about the problem within 30 days, agreed? From there we will exchange for another product of the same model or (if we no longer have it in stock) you can choose another product of the same value. If you prefer a refund, we will arrange the details of the return of the product by email (in this case, the shipping will be borne by Sageria).

Exchange: Your product came without defects, but you still want to exchange it? No problem, if you have received your product within 7 days, just send an email stating which product you want to exchange. Remembering that there can be no signs of use, see? In this case, shipping is borne by the customer.

Oh! And before going to your local post office, wait for our email containing the reverse logic label to make the return. Also, remember to track this shipment, as the intact arrival influences the evaluation and the process as a whole of exchanging or returning your product!

 

 

If you choose to refund the money, we will refund the amount in the case of purchases made via credit card, or deposit within 7 business days for purchases made by pix. It is also good to remember that o  reversal is only carried out after the evaluation and approval of the returned part, which may take a few days.
